Overview
Fire Warden (Pre-recorded Webinar) course overview
This is not just about meeting a compliance requirement. This pre-recorded webinar guides learners through the key elements of emergency response, including evacuation requirements, communication, and coordination. Participants develop a clear understanding of their role, how to manage fire drills, and how to communicate effectively during an evacuation, as well as how to identify potential fire hazards and liaise with emergency services when they arrive on site.
IMPAC’s focus is on building capable people who can lead and support evacuations in a calm and effective way. Participants finish the course with a clear understanding of their responsibilities, the confidence to take action when it matters, and access to an IMPAC pocket guide to support them in their role. They are ready to apply their skills in an emergency to support safe, well-managed evacuations.

Our approach
+IMPAC's Fire Warden (Pre-recorded Webinar) training approach
Learners work through evacuation responsibilities, communication points, fire hazard awareness, and coordination during drills and real emergencies. The focus is on helping people understand how the role applies in their own workplace, so they can support a calm, organised evacuation rather than simply knowing the rules on paper.
