Our approach
+IMPAC's IOSH Approved Managing Workplace Safety training approach
IMPAC delivers this course as a structured, facilitator-led learning experience that keeps the training practical from the outset. Across six modules, learners work through short teaching segments, guided discussion, and realistic scenarios that show how workplace safety management decisions play out in everyday operations.
The training focuses on helping participants think clearly about hazards, harm, risk control, incident investigation, performance measurement, and safety leadership. Rather than leaving those topics at a policy level, trainers use examples and exercises to help learners test their judgement, ask useful questions, and understand how effective health and safety management works in real workplaces.
