This course is delivered by IMPAC’s NZQA-approved subcontractor InScience and is structured around the practical process of oral fluid collection and drug screening. Learners are guided step by step through specimen collection, donor preparation, screening procedures, documentation requirements, specimen handling, and laboratory confirmation processes so the learning stays closely connected to how workplace testing is carried out in practice.
The training combines clear instruction with guided collection practice, process walkthroughs, and practical application of the required standards and procedures.
