In smaller organisations, it is easy to assume that health and safety can be managed informally, or that being a close-knit team means risks are naturally controlled. However, even in SMEs, leaders are responsible for understanding how risks are managed and ensuring the right systems and controls are in place. This Health & Safety Leadership for SME Executives and Governance workshop is designed to support business owners, directors, and senior leaders to confidently lead health and safety within their organisation.
 
This is not a generic, off-the-shelf session. Facilitated by senior health and safety professionals, the workshop is tailored to your business and its operating environment.
