Contractor Management course overview
We don't do ‘death by PowerPoint’ or dry compliance lectures. This course is suited to people who select, engage, manage, or coordinate contractors in their organisation. This includes contractor managers, project managers, procurement teams, facilities managers, engineering managers, health and safety professionals, and quantity surveyors. It is particularly useful where multiple PCBUs are working together and responsibilities need to be clearly defined.
Organisations engaging contractors need people who understand how contractor risks, overlapping duties, and work coordination should be managed in practice. While contractor management training is not prescribed as a mandatory course, it is commonly used where organisations need stronger contractor oversight, site coordination, and contractor management capability.
Learners need written and spoken English equivalent to NCEA Level 1 (Year 11) or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher. If a learner may need additional support, please contact our team before enrolment to discuss available support options.
