Yes, learners need written and spoken English equivalent to NCEA Level 1 (Year 11) or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher to understand course content, take part in discussion, and complete the assessment. This course is available as in-house training for organisations wanting to train teams within their own workplace context. Public training covering risk assessment is also available through HSR Stage 2: Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation, where the topic forms part of the wider programme.
