Our approach
+IMPAC's Workplace Wellbeing training approach
This workplace wellbeing course is a practical, discussion-led learning experience designed for people who need to apply wellbeing in real work environments, not just understand the theory. Learning focuses on the organisational factors that shape wellbeing, including workload, stress, work demands, support, and the wider work environment, so learners can recognise how these show up in everyday work.
Training is supported by structured activities and shared discussion, helping learners to recognise early signs of stress, have effective conversations, and take practical steps that support both people and performance.
