Overview

Workplace Wellbeing (Pre-recorded Webinar) course overview

Workplace wellbeing is often mistaken for wellness and reduced to visible initiatives like fruit bowls and one-off activities. In reality, it is shaped by organisational factors, personal capacity, and how work is experienced day to day. When these factors are not recognised or managed well, stress and workload pressures can build over time, impacting individuals personally and creating wider organisational challenges. This pre-recorded Workplace Wellbeing webinar is designed for leaders, supervisors, and those responsible for supporting the health and safety of their teams.

We don’t rely on generic, feel-good content or text-heavy delivery. Developed in collaboration with Chartered Organisational Psychologist Frank O’Connor, this webinar is grounded in practical approaches to workplace wellbeing. It guides learners through structured content supported by activities and examples that reinforce key concepts. Participants develop the skills to recognise early signs of stress, understand the relationship between wellbeing and performance, and apply practical strategies to support individuals and improve wellbeing across their teams.

IMPAC’s focus is on building practical capability so leaders can take a structured and consistent approach to workplace wellbeing. Participants step back into the workplace equipped to recognise factors impacting wellbeing, take appropriate action, and support a work environment that protects the health and safety of their people.

Our approach

+IMPAC's Workplace Wellbeing (Pre-recorded Webinar) training approach

This workplace wellbeing webinar is built as structured online learning that people can work through without wading through vague wellbeing language or theory for theory’s sake. Learners move through clear explanations, guided examples, and practical activities that help them connect wellbeing concepts to the reality of workload, stress, team dynamics, and day-to-day work demands.

The focus stays on what leaders, supervisors, and health and safety people can actually notice and act on. Rather than stopping at awareness, the webinar helps learners recognise early signs that wellbeing is being affected, understand how stress and other psychosocial factors can build over time, and think through practical responses that support safer, healthier performance at work.
