·In 2015 and 2016 IMPAC engaged Colmar Brunton to undertake research to understand how satisfied:
- IMPAC customers were with the Health and Safety training they received from IMPAC, and
- Other providers' customers were with the training they received from their providers.
RESULTS
is the percentage of IMPAC customers who rated IMPAC's training as 'Very good' or 'Excellent'. The next best was 58% and the average for the other H&S training providers was 43%. (2016 Results)
