Colmar Brunton Customer Satisfaction Research Results
15 April, 2017 | NewsIn 2015 and 2016 IMPAC engaged Colmar Brunton to undertake research to understand how satisfied:
- IMPAC customers were with the Health and Safety training they received from IMPAC, and
- Other providers' customers were with the training they received from their providers.
RESULTS
83%.....
is the percentage of IMPAC customers who rated IMPAC's training as 'Very good' or 'Excellent'. The next best was 58% and the average for the other H&S training providers was 43%. (2016 Results)
81%.....
is the percentage of IMPAC customers who rated IMPAC's training as 'Very good' or 'Excellent'. The next best was 52% and the average for the other H&S training providers was 51%. (2015 Results)
