Gabby joined +IMPAC in 2017 after spending the majority of her career within the construction sector and professional services industries, in Human Resource and Change Leadership roles. Her strategic thinking, strong business acumen and empowering leadership style have helped the organisation achieve sustained growth while remaining at the forefront of the H+S industry.
Her focus is on internal operational excellence and developing fit for purpose H+S solutions for +IMPAC clients.
Gabby is an astute relationship builder, forming rich internal and external connections and identifying potential synergies for +IMPAC’s clients.
