Tom Reeves
Executive Director
Tom is a founding Director of +IMPAC back in 1999, setting its vision of taking a pragmatic approach and making a real, positive impact on health and safety in New Zealand.
He has over 30 years’ experience practicing H&S in a wide range of industries including oil and gas exploration and production, underground and surface mining, electricity, forestry, dairy, construction, infrastructure, heavy and light industrial manufacturing, and food manufacturing/processing.
In his consulting capacity he focuses on both operational health and safety and governance matters, including supporting clients under legal privilege and acting as an expert witness. Tom is uniquely placed to assist +IMPAC clients. He works successfully with Executives and Boards, both as a H&S professional, and at the same time as a businessperson who understands the focus, blood, sweat and tears it takes to build and run a substantial organisation.
