Operations Manager - consulting
Sven has exceptional people and project management skills, developed throughout his impressive career in operational management – including in the Hotel & Leisure Hotel Management industry. He has managed teams upward of 140 people, notably a large team at Ibis, navigating the huge uncertainty and complexities experienced by the hospitality sector during the Covid pandemic.
In his role Sven is responsible for coordinating the Consulting team’s day-to-day business processes, and strategic objectives, to ensure +IMPAC clients receive first rate service and comprehensive H+S consulting solutions from our busy team.
Sven’s warm and approachable management style enables him to get the best from his team and build productive client relationships. He has a continuous improvement mindset and seeks out opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency – ultimately to deliver great client value.
