Health & Safety Operations Coordinator

(Auckland-based)

 
The primary purpose of the H&S Operations Coordinator is to work closely with the PREQUAL Manager to deliver on the PREQUAL strategic plan.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Health and safety qualifications – e.g., National Certificate Level 4 or equivalent or higher
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation and systems
  • Experience in health and safety roles (preferably across multi work types)
  • Advanced understanding of assessment and moderation practices  
  • Advanced competency in IT systems (e-mail, spreadsheets, databases, inter/intranet)
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals
  • Proven writing and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented focus and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to gain phenomenal experience. As the H&S Operations Coordinator, you will have ownership of key aspects of PREQUAL operational areas to ensure they align with business objectives and client expectations. This includes all operational dependent elements such as prequalification assessment quality, assessor training, systems and integration with relevant IT platforms, and information collateral.

Health & Safety Assessor

(Auckland-based)


The primary purpose of the PREQUAL Assessor position is to deliver PREQUAL assessment services that exceed user expectations and client expectations.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Health and safety qualifications – e.g., National Certificate Level 4 or equivalent or higher
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation and systems
  • Experience in health and safety roles (preferably across multi work types)
  • Advanced understanding of assessment and moderation practices  
  • Competency in IT systems (e-mail, spreadsheets, databases, inter/intranet)
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
