Our approach
+IMPAC's Working at Heights Refresher (Pre-recorded Webinar) training approach
IMPAC’s working at heights refresher pre-recorded webinar is built for people who already know the basics and need to revisit the decisions that matter most when the work becomes routine. The learning moves back through the practical checkpoints that usually drift over time, including how hazards are identified, how controls are chosen and applied, and what needs to be checked before the task starts.
The course uses clear examples to reconnect height safety knowledge with real work. Learners revisit equipment inspection and fitting, permit and documentation expectations, and the steps involved in planning for an emergency if something goes wrong at height. Rather than adding unnecessary theory, the focus stays on safe judgement and consistent application in day-to-day work.
