This course is designed to explain how effective health and safety planning reduces costs and increases productivity, and how organisations can plan to systematically improve their health and safety performance.

Good health and safety is good business and takes planning. The largest multinationals, as well as some of New Zealand’s most successful organisations, have shown this to be true time and time again.

This course is ideal for health and safety practitioners, representatives, supervisors, or managers who need to understand and explain the productivity benefits of a safe workplace and develop health and safety plans.

• Explain drivers of productivity and their application to workplace health and safety
